Welcome to Smilax UK! We are a UK based company providing UK Florists with Texas Wild Smilax. We have teamed up with a family owned and operated, wholesale source for high-quality Texas Wild Smilax/Jackson Vine out of Dallas, who have been providing Smilax to their customers for almost two decades.

We are also a family and women owned, a mother/daughter duo in fact! With over 16 years of experience in the floristry industry. This experience ranges from running a successful retail shop, an award-winning wedding floral business and many years spent working as an operations manager for a Dutch Exporter.

The dream of bringing Smilax to the UK started when the daughter of our duo moved to the USA in February 2022. She started working with Smilax regularly and fell in love. Upon returning to the UK for a wedding she thought, "Why can't I get this product In the UK?", So with a determined attitude, extensive knowledge and the help of some industry friends we made it happen!

🌿📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📢🌿 The Smilax season is about to come to end! There has been a lot of rain in Texas in recent weeks paired with a spike in temperature causing the smilax to start its new growth cycle a little early! The last delivery week to the UK is next week, the 1st April. This means THE LAST CUT OFF IS TUESDAY 26th MARCH AT MIDNIGHT! What can you expect from the last product of the season? 🌿Lighter green leaves. 🌿The potential for some addition leaves dropping. To those wishing to order some last boxes we will be offering a 10% discount. This will be refunded once you place your order! When will it be back? It’s estimated to be back in season Mid June. There are obviously lots of variables so we will be in continuous communication with the team in Texas getting Smilax updates as we get towards June!

Tent poles! 6 of them to be exact! 1/2 a box per pole was in the recipe for this job, so 3 bags total. The smilax covered a 21ft (ish) section and wrapped around the poles. The smilax was so gorgeous we had 1/3 of a bag left over when they were completed! So we added some to entrance of the tent! The price will now vary depending on how many boxes are ordered. 1 - 2 boxes £6.50+VAT per box 3 boxes £5.35+VAT per box 4 - 10 boxes £4.35+VAT per box Northern Ireland £11.50 per box If you are planning to order more than 10 boxes, please contact us directly before placing your order. Deliveries to England, Wales and most of Scotland are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. So, These two columns and two arrangements used less than 1 box! Vicki told me she had 2 rolls left In the bag. Each bag/box usually has 4-5 rolls!
